Senior Solution Consultant

Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Minimum 5+ years of Pharmacovigilance (PV) / Drug Safety Services experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing and designing client-specific safety solutions.
- Proven client-facing experience with strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies, including the application of automation to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Experience working with clients across the full lifecycle, from pre-award proposal development through post-award delivery and account management.
- Responsible for the design, operational execution, and successful delivery of global Pharmacovigilance solutions.
- Accountable for:
- Pre-sales support and solution development
- Preparation of budgets and commercial proposals
- Post-award account management
- Client relationship management and delivery oversight
- Functions as an individual contributor, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality safety solutions.
