- Lead project kick-off activities and client discussions, ensuring clear agreement on scope, methodology, deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines
- Provide expert input on review protocols, complex search strategies, and eligibility criteria, aligned with relevant JCA and national HTA requirements
- Guide screening, study selection, data extraction, and critical appraisal, and oversee the quality of these activities
- Provide overall direction on evidence synthesis and reporting, ensuring key findings, evidence gaps, limitations, and conflicting evidence are clearly identified and communicated
- Ensure all project deliverables meet client-ready quality standards, and monitor milestones, timelines, and project financial health
- Lead day-to-day client communication, present key findings, and take ownership of technical, methodological, and deliverable queries
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members through technical training, constructive feedback, and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to business development, including project scoping, change-order requests, and competitive proposals
- Contribute to abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and thought leadership on topics such as AI applications, JCA, and methodological refinements
- Apply approved AI and technology-enabled workflows across all stages of systematic and targeted literature reviews, with rigorous human quality oversight
- Maintain clear activity guidance, query logs, and decision records to support consistent application of agreed decisions across the project team
