Job Summary

We are looking for an entry-level Project Support Associate to provide administrative and operational support to Medical Writing teams. This role involves coordinating project documentation, supporting document development, and assisting with day-to-day project activities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, track, and archive project documents

  • Support Medical Writers with project-related tasks and client communications

  • Maintain project files, trackers, and documentation systems

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record/distribute minutes

  • Assist in document preparation, QC support, and submission activities

  • Support SharePoint setup and document management processes

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Client-focused and flexible approach

  • Ability to handle confidential information

Experience & Education

  • Basic administrative or coordination experience preferred

  • Knowledge of MS Office and general office practices

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Life Sciences/Health Sciences or related field)
