Key Accountabilities:
Tax Compliance:
- Manage and coordinate corporate income tax compliance in conjunction with local finance team and external service providers
- Support the company’s local and global transfer pricing processes to ensure compliance with arms’ length guidelines and global transfer pricing policies
- Keep abreast of changes in tax statutes and regulations; coordinate research and evaluations with outside advisors and determine the impact on the company’s operations.
- Develop a working knowledge of indirect tax matters impacting the company in order to effectively support Indirect Tax Team on India-related matters
- Develop subject matter expertise to effectively manage corporate tax, transfer pricing and indirect tax audits and queries in a timely manner
Tax Reporting:
- Prepare supporting workpaper and provide input to support the quarterly and annual US GAAP tax provision process, including return to provision true up
- Partner with local controllership team to reconcile the difference between US GAAP trial balance and statutory trail balance for tax provision tracking purpose Support the statutory tax provision process
Tax Planning:
- Perform research and consult on technical tax matters Develop tax planning models to analyze tax and accounting impacts for potential strategies
- Work with International Tax Team to develop and defend quarterly legal entity PBT forecasts in conjunction with FP&A overall forecast
- Provide support and guidance on M&A tax issues including due diligence, structuring, and post-acquisition integration
Business Partnering:
- Maintain regular communications with global tax team, providing clear visibility into all tax processes and escalating issues and developments as they arise
- Advise stakeholders relating to intercompany movements of cash and dividends within capital structure, including working closely with treasury and foreign controllership team

Knowledge and Experience:
- Ideal candidates will have prior experience in most, if not all, of the knowledge and experience specified in this section.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven and progressive corporate income tax / transfer pricing experience within a multinational organization.
- A mix of public accounting and corporate experience preferred
Education:
- BA/BS in Accounting/Business/Economics/Finance preferred
- CFA required
