• Daily support of PMED and the newer upgraded system.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Hands on experience in SharePoint Online administration.

• Able to implement new or existing custom Webparts Development in Sharepoint Online

• Knowledge on SPFx solutions and able to deploy them in SPO applications.

• Good Exposure to Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Ability to perform Content Management Migration/upgrades.

• SQL Reporting skills

• Ability to Support Clinical Validated Systems

• Hands on experience in SharePoint 2010 Server administration.

• Expertise in SP 2010 Installation, Configuration, Upgrade, Architecture, SharePoint Migration, Content Management, Collaboration, Content Deployment, Search, Master Pages, Content Types.

• Resolving the incidents within the SLA.

• Ability to provide advanced end user and site collection administrator support.

• Ability to troubleshoot client-side SharePoint functionality and user problems.

• Proactive in monitoring operational issues, troubleshoot the issue and provide efficient support for Business users as needed and work with Sharepoint Online, PMED Support, in case of any product issues.

• Partner with Business Stakeholders and end users to understand the issues raised and provide the prompt resolution.

• Good written and oral communication skills with experience in collaborating with people across multiple geographies.

Education:

• Candidate must be having bachelor’s or associate degree BE./B.Tech/ or Master’s Degree in Computers/Information Technology discipline.
