Job Introduction:

At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Learning Management Technical Lead to join our global Data & Technology team.  As a Learning Management Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the overall technical management of the CSOD LMS, including system configuration, data analysis, reporting, and ensuring learning compliance.

Who we are looking for:

Passionate individuals with proven experience as a Learning Management technical Lead or similar role. That are delivery-focused with an in-depth understanding of learning compliance requirements, with experience managing training programs that meet regulatory standards. That possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills.

What you’ll do:
CSOD System Administration & Technical Leadership:
Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS to meet organizational learning needs.
Lead the implementation of new features, system upgrades, and integrations with other HR and business systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track learning metrics, compliance, and user engagement.
Analyze learning data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and improve training programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver customized reports that meet business objectives.

Learning Compliance & Regulatory Requirements:
Oversee learning compliance processes, ensuring that training programs and certifications meet regulatory and industry standards.
Monitor and enforce compliance deadlines, providing regular updates and alerts to stakeholders.
 Ensure accurate record-keeping and audit readiness for all learning and development activities.

Additional details:

Extensive experience (5+ years) as a technical lead or administrator for Cornerstone OnDemand LMS is required, with a strong understanding of system configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in data analysis, with experience building reports and dashboards using LMS reporting tools and third-party analytics platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience required.
